Did you know that during the night, when you are asleep your body and metabolism are at rest. In order to jump start the body it needs breakfast first thing in the morning. If you start your day without breakfast the metabolism is still resting and remains slow.
When you constantly give your body food the metabolism doesn't have a chance to slow down, which is why it's recommended to eat four to six times per day. When the body does not receive enough food it stores fat.
Don't underestimate the power of food. Eating enough of the RIGHT food is critical, however not all foods are created equal. A healthy diet is permanent and not something you suffer through for a week or two and then quit. It's a lifestyle.

I have never been so happy. I just went to the doctors to retrieve the results of my cholesterol test.
