Robin De-Ivy Allen believes in the power of passion, purpose and productivity. Since graduating from college Robin has called on these traits to embark on many successful careers, including non-profit fund raiser, real estate agent, property manager, corporate trainer and motivational speaker. “Focus is the key,” states Robin. “Knowing what you want—your purpose— is the first step in reaching your goals. Understanding how to get there requires a step-by-step plan to achieve productivity and passion will keep you going in spite of any obstacles that pop up along the way.” 

Today this wife, mother and successful business woman is dedicated to helping others successfully balance work, family and personal interests and obligations, as well as develop their overall personal power. “Everyone needs to find a balance point. To do that, you have to strategically design your life,” explains Robin. “I have always been career-driven, but not at the expense of enjoying my life. The secret is to determine your priorities.” 

With a career history rivaling that of someone three times her age, Robin now conducts workshops, seminars and keynote presentations designed to help others strategically plan their success. “This is where my life has been leading me,” says Robin. “I woke up one morning and knew that I was ready to start my speaking career.” In short order Robin has rapidly become an in-demand presenter, appearing before many groups including the American Heart Association, the American Cancer Society, the National Association for Women in Construction, the American Business Women’s Association, Isagenix International and the Riverside County Center for Government Excellence. Robin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from the University of Las Vegas, Nevada, and a Master of Arts degree in Organizational Management from the University of Redlands. She holds memberships in the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Greater Riverside Chamber of Commerce and the Inland Empire Apartment Association. Robin is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of California. As a member of Toastmasters International, she has placed first in many speaking competitions. 

In her spare time, Robin enjoys playing with her daughter, reading, and vacationing in Las Vegas. She lives with her family in Riverside, California.
